In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Automotive Dekho website (the “Site”) that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, Automotive Dekho will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

- Physical or electronic signature: The signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by sending a written communication to our designated agent.
Your Counter-Notice must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in which the service provider may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat Infringers
It is the policy of Automotive Dekho to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be “repeat infringers” of the copyrights of others.
5. Modifications
